Two Acrobats Needed to Develop Trap-Door Choreography
Posted February 25, 2018
John Towsen is looking to work with two acrobats with the purpose of developing choreographic ideas for a physical comedy sequence involving a trick work wall full of trap doors and the like. The hope is that some of what we come up with might be used in some form in a possible future theatrical production.

There is no guarantee of future employment, and neither party will have any exclusive rights to material created.

Applicants should have real tumbling skills and not just be like the rest of us clowns who do dive rolls and not much more. The whole idea is to expand the physical possibilities of the set. Of course comedic experience would be great, but is not required.

Video of some of the (less acrobatic) uses of the wall can be seen on the Facebook page of the NYC Physical Comedy Lab.
Two to four three-hour sessions.
Times to be arranged, but soon!
Mornings best.
Soundance studios
Williamsburg, Brooklyn
Please send resume, credentials, and requested salary.
