Note: Posted as received.
Enjoy intensive flying trapeze all year round at SLAM!
We have a brand new roof that has reflective paint! This new roof is double insulated to keep you warm in the winter months along with our new state-of-the-art infrared heating system! The roof hatch has given us the opportunity to cool SLAM off through the summer months as well! No matter what the season, your comfort is always our priority at SLAM!
Our flying trapeze workshops have been called "boot camp for trapeze artists."
With so many styles of training out there it's good to have a solid base and skill set so you can translate your skills to any other rig or style of training.
Part of your training here will help you build muscle and get you closer to the "round trip" that every flying trapeze artist strives for on any level! Conditioning is a major focus during class as well as warm up and form.
Classes are fun, informative, and challenging for a flying trapeze enthusiast of any age or skill level!
There is also a strong focus on conditioning to keep your muscles growing, as well as techniques for injury prevention.
Cost is still only $425 for 10-week workshop!! Amazing savings with great instruction!
If you can't make a class you can join our Yahoo message board and sell your classes.
