Swamp Circus Seeks Company Manager (England)

Swamp Circus Trust Limited is the charitable arm of England's longest
serving Contemporary Circus Company. To lead the next phase of
development, we are looking to appoint a dynamic individual with a
proven track record in business and a strong interest in the arts and
community development values as full time Company Manager.
The Company Manager will be expected:
- To lead and take responsibility for the strategic development and
management of the company, its projects and its staff.
- To build and deliver an annual programme of work for the company
within the agreed ambitions for the company and within budget
requirements.
- To ensure the development of the quality, style and direction of
artistic practice within the company.
- To develop the capacity and sustainability of the company.
The role will be based at the company offices in near Rotherham, South
Yorkshire. The salary band for this position is c. £27-29K.
